Day 1: July 14, 2024
When you arrive in France at Clermont-Ferrand Airport, we will pick you up and bring you directly to the steps of the 49 Room French Dream Castle in Marcillat-en-Combraille, France. Upon arrival you will be greeted with Champaign and our friendly castle staff will take you to your luxury suite at the Castle. Relax and unwind with Michelin Star Dining Experiences and get a massage from our in-house Masseuse. Upon arrival you will meet Celebrity Fashion Photographer and Owner of the Castle, Kevin Michael Schmitz. The welcome dinner is a night to remember, dining under the stars and meeting the entire team of amazing top models, stylists and photographers staying with us for the week! Get dressed in a King Louis XIV Apparel (Supplied by the Castle) for a decadent ball on the first evening with music and dancing in the Grand Salon!
Day 2: July 15, 2024
Experience a fashion photography production of a Lifetime w. here you will Photograph the Greatest Fashion Images of your career and meet with world class Top Photographic Agents, Publicists and Creatives that will review your portfolio and meet with you One On One during the Workshop. You will art direct a fashion editorial LIVE under the guidance of world famous Celebrity Fashion Editorial Photographer and TV Director & Host, Kevin Michael Schmitz and photograph world class top Agency Represented Models. You will learn proven strategies to maximize profits as a self-employed photographer with your own unique style of work and develop yourself with a strong presence in your niche industry. Our guest panelists will be an Executive Creative Director from an advertising agency who books photographers on 6 figure ad campaigns as well as a Photography Agent Who Represents Top Photographers. This networking opportunity will give you the opportunity to connect with top decision makers and have your portfolio reviewed by an expert in the industry. We will be going into detail about the business of photography, marketing, and negotiating usage rights and creative fees, networking, and self-promotion. Most importantly, we will help you strategize, design and implement your marketing campaign to reach key clients in commercial and editorial photography to take your business to the highest level.
