Return & Cancellation Policy for the Photography Workshop Series:

All Enrollments in the Photography Workshop Series are Non-Refundable for any Reason.

Terms & Conditions of Enrollments in the Photography Workshop Series:

I agree to all Terms & Conditions listed below and release all liability and hold harmless Kevin Michael Schmitz & The Photography Workshop Series. When enrolling in The Photography Workshop Series the client agrees to complete all payments for the enrollment with all terms and payments scheduled within this Enrollment Confirmation Agreement for The Photography Workshop Series. The Client agrees that The Photography Workshop Series will bill my credit card on the dates that are listed in this agreement and I will provide a backup credit or debit card to be billed if my first payment method is declined. If both credit or debit cards are declined, and my payment issues are not resolved within 24 hours, then the client will be charged a $50 fee that will be billed to my credit card. If payment issues are not resolved completely within 3 days, then all payments made to the Photography Workshop Series will be forfeited completely and the client will not receive a refund under any circumstances and all payments scheduled will be billed and expected to be paid in full. The Enrollment Total and all payments to Photography Workshop Series are non- refundable for any reason.  If the client does not attend the Photographic Workshop that they are Enrolled in, they will forfeit all payments that have been made and will not receive a refund under any circumstances.  The client agrees that if they do not comply with these terms, then they will lose 100% of the enrollment payments and the client will not receive any refund under any circumstance.  If payments are not completed via credit card as agreed, then all payments will be pursued through a Collections Agency and legal action will be pursued to receive funds that have been agreed to within the enrollment confirmation receipt signed by the client.  The client agrees to participate as a professional in the photography workshop series, and if the client negatively impacts the production included but not limited to the other photographic attendees, models, stylists, production crew or director, the client agrees to be ejected at the discretion of the director at any time from the workshop and will not receive a refund or seek any legal action in any way.   All aspects of The Photography Workshop Series are subject to change including stylists, models, locations, panelists, concepts & scenes. The client agrees to hold harmless Kevin Michael Schmitz & The Photography Workshop Series and not to pursue any legal action in any way for any aspect of the experience. The client agrees that if they are injured or any of the client’s equipment is damaged during the workshop series, that the client will not pursue any legal action and the client is not entitled to any compensation from The Photography Workshop Series or any person or company associated with the Photography Workshop Series. The client agrees that any images the client photographs at the workshop are to be used for portfolio use only unless selected by Photography Workshop Series for Editorial Publication. The client agrees not to contact the talent or talent agencies associated with The Photography Workshop Series in any way and that all communication is through Kevin Michael Schmitz because he is the one directly booking the talent. The client understands that any and all model releases and communication from the talent are the sole property of Kevin Michael Schmitz. The client understands that any images photographed or video filmed during the Photography Workshop Series by the client may be displayed on the Photography Workshop Series Website, be included in emails, social media and other marketing material for the photography workshop series. The client agrees to pay any attorney fees incurred by Kevin Michael Schmitz and The Photography Workshop Series if the client violates any terms of the terms & conditions above. The client agrees that any legal controversy relating to this agreement shall be settled by arbitration in Miami, Florida in which judgment by arbitrators will be determined.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Photography Workshop Series collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the Photography Workshop Series. It applies to the Photography Workshop Series and all courses offered.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Students in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the University, subscribe to a newsletter, or engage with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available. Students may visit the University anonymously. We collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information, but this may prevent them from participating in certain University activities.

How We Use Collected Information

Photography Workshop Series may use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

– To Improve Customer Service: Your information helps us respond more efficiently to your customer service requests and support needs.

– To Personalize User Experience: We use information in aggregate to understand how our Students use the services and resources provided in our University.

– To Send Periodic Emails: We may use Student email addresses to send information and updates regarding their enrollment. Email addresses may also be used to respond to inquiries, questions, or other requests.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Students’ personal identification information to others.

Students may find links to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties within the University. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices of websites linked from or to our University. These external websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Interaction with any other website, including those that have a link within our University, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Photographers University reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By enrolling in the University, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not enroll. Your continued enrollment following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
